Enthusiasm is the most contagious of all emotions. It is the great tool of persuasion. Anyone can develop the habit of Enthusiasm. All you need is focus, positive thought and action Believe in yourself. Be happy with yourself. Be enthusiastic about yourself. Expect the best and get it! Life can feel frustrating. Maddening. Insanity-inducing, even. At times, happiness and contentment may seem achievable only in your wildest dreams.
But the best part about being human is the capacity for self-empowerment. You have the ability to change your state of mind and in turn, your entire experience. In other words, there are ALWAYS options. You're not stuck or helpless or at the mercy of mercurial forces beyond your control. Fantastic news, right? As it turns out, the smallest of Summer is on! Which means: longer days, warmer nights and ... dehydrated bodies. Feeling thirsty? You might think that a few sips of water will do the trick, or assume that your body is on the verge of becoming dehydrated. Actually, being thirsty means your body’s asking to be rehydrated ASAP because it's already very dehydrated.
